Car hits tree and flies upside down in meadow, driver seriously injured

A motorist was overturned on the Kerkweg in Schaijk on Sunday afternoon after first hitting a tree. The driver would have been seriously injured. The emergency services went out en masse and a trauma helicopter also landed. The accident happened around four o'clock near the intersection of Kerkweg with Elsstraat.
