Car Hits Lindamar Studios Building in Downtown Carpinteria

A car slammed into the Lindamar Studios building in downtown Carpinteria Wednesday afternoon, according to the Carpinteria-Summerland Fire Protection District.  The building, home to 888-892 Linden Ave., is a multi-tenant commercial structure with five spaces on the ground floor and six smaller spaces on the second floor, according to plans reviewed by the Carpinteria Architectural Review Board in 2024.
