Rubertus Hake, the half-brother of the missing Jeffrey (10) and Emma (8), has made himself heard on social media after a car with possibly the bodies of the two children was pulled from the water in Winschoten on Tuesday evening.
The police have cordoned off a street along the water near the industrial estate in Winschoten.
TILBURG – On Tuesday evening, a car left the road at Ravensteinerf in the Reeshof district and ended up partly in the water. The driver probably became unwell while driving. Around 8 p.m., the police, fire brigade and ambulance were called in urgently. The woman managed to get out of the vehicle on her own.


The brothers Jeffrey (10) and Emma (8) were searched for feverishly in the Dutch-German border area. Now their bodies were probably discovered.
