Capitola Beach Festival returns from Sept. 27-28

CAPITOLA, Calif. (KION-TV) - The Capitola Beach Festival is returning from Sept. 27 to 28 to bring fun for the whole family. This year's theme will be Vacation Snapshots and celebrate the final weekend of September. Scheduled for the Festival are the Little Warf 3 Miler Fun Run, a Sand Sculpture Contest, and a Lighted Nautical Parade.
