High temperatures and prolonged drought have led to an alarming increase in drinking water consumption in several localities in Dolj and Gorj counties, where the Oltenia Water Company operates. This increased consumption is putting pressure on the distribution network, leading in some cases to a significant decrease in water pressure or even to the establishment of limited supply programs, CAO representatives announce.
