This is the question that can be asked the day after the spectacular burglary of the Louvre in Paris and a few days after those of the Museum of President Chirac in Sarran en Corrèze and the Adrien Dubouché Museum in Limoges. We went to two establishments in Haute-Vienne and Creuse.
