YUBA CITY, CA — Police in Yuba City say a pair of thefts at the same Tesla charging station ended with a traffic stop, a Subaru full of stripped copper and three arrests. Officers said thieves hit the site twice in less than a week, cutting and taking a total of 13 charging cords.
