Cal Fire arrests man on suspicion of arson

Cal Fire-Butte County officials arrested a man Thursday on suspicion of a December arson at an apartment complex in Oroville. Law enforcement officers were looking into Timothy Allen Sikes in the Montgomery Street fire after he left the apartments shortly after the fire ignited, Dec. 28, according to a release from Cal Fire.
