SHREVEPORT, La. -- A Keithville man has been arrested in connection with a series of copper wire thefts that caused more than $15,000 in losses, according to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Caddo Parish man charged with felony theft in copper wire case

Bailey Higdon, 30, was arrested and charged with three counts of felony theft after detectives discovered evidence linking him to multiple copper wire thefts reported throughout the Caddo Parish area.
