The power outage that brought train traffic between Rotterdam and the south to a standstill for more than a week has been resolved. Around 04:45, NS reported that the restrictions were over. According to ProRail, train services were fully resumed around 05:00.
ProRail is keeping its options open regarding the resumption of train traffic between Rotterdam and the south of the country following a fire in a cable duct near Rotterdam Stadion. Nevertheless, the railway operator expects that this will be possible again from Tuesday morning at 5:00 AM.
