GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) -- A Burlington man died after being hit by a vehicle at a Greensboro business, according to a Greensboro Police Department news release. On Jan. 31, Kenneth Earl Payne, 70, of Burlington, an employee of Estes Express, was wearing a high-visibility orange vest while walking through the parking lot at the business on Electra Drive.
