The Burkina Faso military regime will reintroducing the death penalty code, which was abolished in 2018, announced by the Council of Ministers, reports AFP.
The measure, which will cover, among other things, high treason crimes as well as acts of terrorism and espionage, has just been adopted in the Council of Ministers as part of a comprehensive reform of the Criminal Code.
