Buoys to be placed in Stratford's Lake Victoria to improve water quality

Two small yellow buoys will soon be seen bobbing up and down in Stratford's Lake Victoria.Starting Monday, the city will test the new innovative devices in an effort to improve the quality of the lake's water.
