BUND sues fixed LNG terminal in Stade

The BUND failed with a lawsuit against the land-side terminal for liquefied gas currently being built in Stade. The Federal Administrative Court considered the permit to be lawful.

The fixed liquefied gas terminal in Stade may be built and go into operation. The court ruled against the objections of environmentalists.
