Bulloch County NAACP hosts 2026 MLK observance program following vibrant community parade

Summary by Grice Connect
"This work does not stop with the end of the MLK holiday. It does not stop with Black History Month. This is work that has to be done 365 days of the year." These were words from Mayor Jonathan McCollar at this year's MLK church service at the Elm Street Church of God. Hosted by the Bulloch County chapter of the NAACP, the service focused on a shared commitment to justice, unity, and Dr. King’s enduring legacy.
