For the first time today, the day of the Bulgarian canning industry will be celebrated - April 3, at the University of Food Technology in Plovdiv, which is celebrating its 126th anniversary. Its path is long, it goes through ups and downs, it supplies the London Ritz, fuels the USSR, and today it is also known in Japan for its rose jam.
