BRWD denies CMBG request to reduce phosphorus testing

Boothbay Region Water District (BRWD) Natural Resources Program Manager Rebecca Jacobs told trustees March 25, she had denied a request from Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens to reduce CMBG's phosphorus testing. Jacobs and Code Enforcement Officer Dan Feenley then composed a letter explaining their reasoning and asked CMBG to continue to test at the required rate.
