BROUSSARD, La. (KLFY) -- A fire destroyed Clayton's 70-year-old city hall on Monday night, leaving the town without a functioning city government and all its records lost. The fire, which officials say was caused by faulty wiring in the ceiling, has forced the shutdown of Clayton's city government.
