Brno - Brno-based development company Domoplan will build a 300,000 square meter holiday resort on the Croatian island of Pag for four billion crowns. The company announced this in a press release. The Plava Uvala resort, located a 40-minute drive from Zadar airport, will have a capacity of 3,000 people and should be completed at the turn of 2027 and 2028. This is the Brno-based developer's third foreign project.
