The British government, against the backdrop of threats from Russia, is about to update the secret plan 20 years ago, which provides for action in the event of an attack and a declaration of war, writes The Telegraph.

"The UK has robust plans for a variety of potential emergencies, which have been developed and tested over many years."

The design was called a "national defence plan" and should determine the modus operandi of the first days of the clash if any State were to commit aggression against Britain.
