Brent's Oil Price Exceeded the Maximum Since 2022.

The price of Brent oil at the opening of trade in Asia rose sharply on 9 March, reaching $199.5 per barrel, maximum since June 2022. According to the London ICE trade, the value of the May futures on Brent rose by almost 29 per cent. Later, growth slowed. In Moscow time, the price was $116 per barrel, and after reports of possible market stabilization measures, it dropped to about $107.
