BRAZIL, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Brazil man who allegedly wore a wolf mask and attacked a woman with a hatchet has accepted a plea deal. According to a probable cause affidavit, Michael Sheppard attacked a Brazil woman with a hatchet after she attempted to get a protective order against Sheppard.
