Flatwoods, WV (WOAY) A Braxton County man has been found guilty of misdemeanor battery. According to the Braxton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, 53-year-old Jason Lee Allen was found guilty of sexually motivated misdemeanor battery following a two-day bench trial.
