Brawley artist honored for service to Mid-Winter Fair

IMPERIAL, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - A man from Brawley was honored and awarded for years of dedication to the Mid-Winter Fair. Ted Flores was selected by the Mid-Winter Fair's Board of Directors to receive a Blue Ribbon Award.
