Police say he unlawfully confined multiple people inside a room Saturday morning and had a machete in his possession. Seven other people were also inside, two of whom were arrested on outstanding warrants. The man faces several charges including forcible confinement, uttering threats, and breach of probation, and was held for a bail hearing.
