BRANDON, S.D. — A city council decision has been overturned and a land sale was OK’d by voters in Brandon, both of which focus on Aspen Park. With 77% of 739 ballots cast, Brandon residents informed the city council that they’d prefer to pave a new entrance to Aspen Park instead of upgrading the existing entrance.
