This finally signals Milorad Dodik's own admission that he is no longer president. The pro-Russian nationalist was convicted and removed from office earlier this year.
The leader of the Bosnian Serbs was convicted in February and was therefore barred from holding political office. When parliament appointed an interim president last Sunday, Dodik did not oppose it.
