Boricua Bites brings Puerto Rican chinchorreos to State Street in Springfield

Visiting Puerto Rico means visiting one of the many chinchorreos, food stands often found in neighborhoods or near the beach. They are an inspiration for what Eric Maldonado wants to do with a new restaurant he's opening on State Street. "When you come here, you're in Puerto Rico," said managing partner Maldonado, pointing to the front door of Boricua Bites, which is "We want someone to greet you like they do in Puerto Rico."
