Drinking water company Vitens has lifted the boil-water advisory for drinking water in Amersfoort and the surrounding area. The company announced this on Sunday. "The latest test results show that the drinking water is completely clean and therefore safe again." The cause of the contamination, which was discovered on January 5th, is not yet known.
