SALISBURY — A familiar face is returning to the Rowan-Salisbury Board of Education. During a special-called meeting on Monday, members of the Rowan-Salisbury School Board convened to interview candidates who applied for the unexpired term vacated by board member Sabrina Harris earlier this year.
