Two blocks with 128 apartments were built approximately 100 meters from a ammunition warehouse in Pitești, although the law imposed a minimum distance of 200 meters, said the interim Defence Minister, Radu Miruța. He claims that the favorable opinion was issued illegally, and 18 employees of the Ministry of Defence, including a Brigadier General, are being investigated by DNA prosecutors in this case.
