EASTERN SHORE, Md. — Confidence is increasing that a significant winter storm will impact the Mid-Shore from Sunday through Monday evening, bringing heavy snow, strong winds and potentially dangerous travel conditions across Kent, Queen Anne’s, Talbot, Caroline and Dorchester counties.
