Black Friday post-weekend spending update
Nationwide customers made over 31.2 million transactions across the weekend, which is 5.8% higher than the weekend period in 2024, which saw 29.4 million transactions. Black Friday on 28th November 2025 saw a record of 11.9 million transactions, which is 8.7% higher than last year’s Black Friday on 29th November 2024, which recorded 10.9 million transactions.
