COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. -- A bizarre mystery for staff at the Colonial Heights Animal Shelter, after two Shetland Sheepdogs, or Shelties, were dropped off after they were found alone near a Walmart. The animal shelter shared photos of the two dogs, who are well known to each other, all over social media, but no one has yet come forward to claim them.
