Trial begins for suspect charged in Sharon murder last summer
MERCER, Pa. (WKBN) - In Mercer County, a suspect is on trial for a shooting death in a Sharon neighborhood. Billy Phillips is charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy and aggravated assault. The victim was 35-year-old Terran Page-Hughes. Police say he was shot during a fight last August along the 800 block of Ravine Place. There are also two co-defendants in the case -- Jamel Jordan and Daniel Odem.
