Bill to amend Arkansas Constitution on citizen-initiated ballot measures approved | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

The Arkansas Senate on Monday approved a bill aimed at changing the Arkansas Constitution to require ballot titles of citizen-initiated ballot measures to be readable, clear and concise and not exceed 500 words.
