The lawyer of Luigi Di Maio's former minister declares that the charge for the Bibbiano case for which the representative of the M5s was under investigation has been dropped. The Reggio Emilia prosecutor's office had registered Di Maio in the register of suspects for a post published in June 2019. The then Emilian mayor, Andrea Carletti (recently acquitted), had filed a defamation complaint.
