Chandigarh, May 1 (PTI) The Punjab Assembly on Friday paid tributes to renowned photographer Raghu Rai and freedom fighter Chaman Lal during the one-day special session here. Raghu Rai one of India's best-known photographers whose lens captured India in its many shades, died at a private hospital in New Delhi on April 26. He was 83.
