Between Cause and Ceviche: an Ecuadorian Amateur in the Kitchen vs. the Peruvian Season

I have never considered myself a skillful person for cooking. Perhaps, at 22 years old, it is something soon to make such a statement; but the times I have burned a chicken breast or battled to remove the shell from a banana are more than I would like to count.
