With the withdrawal of a shareholder, nothing stands in the way of the acquisition of ProSiebenSat.1 by the Italian MFE. Many see the independence of the stations threatened.
The tough fight for the takeover of ProSiebenSat.1 by the Berlusconi family is over. The second largest investor, the Czech financial group PPF, wants to sell its shares to the Italians.
