Evans Wins in Berlin, Rowland's Formula E Title Bid on Hold

GERMANY, JUL 12 – Mitch Evans secured his second win this season and tied the all-time Formula E record with 14 victories as Oliver Rowland retired, narrowing his championship lead to 50 points, officials said.
