On September 22nd, Ma Bo, a petitioner from Heilongjiang Province, went to the Xiluoyuan Police Station in Beijing to request a case be filed regarding her kidnapping on February 28th in Building 7, District 2, Xiluoyuan. Around 11:50 PM on the 22nd, someone knocked on the door of her rental apartment in Yancun and quietly announced, "Ma Bo, I'm from the Yancun Police Station." They knocked on several doors.
