Behind bars: Man entered to rob a house and raped elderly woman in Agua Prieta

Daniel “N”, aged 35, was arrested and linked to proceedings for entering a private house in Agua Prieta to steal and rape a 63-year-old woman with violence. This was announced by the Attorney General’s Office of State Justice (FGJE) in Sonora on Friday, 21 March. The detainee is charged with aggravated rape and aggravated robbery in actual competition for crimes committed against a woman, whose identity is reserved during the judicial process.
