Beers, brats and bit of Bavaria come to Nevis

With hot, sunny weather and high humidity, Nevis Oktoberfest felt like it was taking place in August. The first annual beer festival, hosted by the Nevis Chamber, had a large turnout on Saturday afternoon. Over 100 people enjoyed brats, sauerkraut and cold beer while listening to live music on the Shenanigans Stage.
