A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Thursday at 11:06 a.m. for gusty winds until 1 p.m. for Monmouth, Salem, Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Ocean, Cumberland, Atlantic and Cape May counties.“A brief surge of 40 to 45 mph wind gusts will move through southern New Jersey, the eastern shores of Maryland, and Delaware into the early afternoon hours. Be prepared for changing road conditions,” explains the weather service.
