B.C. hospital employee who claimed intimate photo was shared without consent has complaint dismissed

The Civil Resolution Tribunal says that the man's picture, which he took while at work, doesn't qualify as an intimate image under the law, and might even qualify as indecent exhibition under the Criminal Code.
