"The worst solution is to do nothing." Félix Urkola, the Deputy for Road Infrastructure and Territorial Strategy of Gipuzkoa, appeared this Tuesday at the General Assembly at his own request to explain to the political parties represented in the chamber the project proposed by the regional government to avoid daily traffic jams at the junction of the N-I and A-15 motorways in Andoain, known as the Bazkardo interchange.
