GREENFIELD – Nurses at Baystate Franklin Medical Center voted overwhelmingly this week to authorize a strike, as negotiations for a new contract continue.The vote doesn’t mean there will be a strike. It means membership has allowed union negotiators to possibly call to authorize a limited duration strike of one to three days at some point.
