Bay City commissioner faces fourth recall attempt after domestic violence conviction

BAY CITY, MI – The Bay County Election Commission has approved recall language against Bay City’s 3rd Ward Commissioner, Andrea Burney-Obershaw. It’s the fourth time a recall has been attempted against the rambunctious commissioner.
