The Lions have announced the first six names for the Winter Olympics to be held in Italy in February. In addition to Mikko Rantanen, the Dallas Stars' Finnish team will also include Esa Lindell and Miro Heiskanen.

The twelve countries participating in men’s hockey at the 2026 Olympic Winter Games in Milano and Cortina, Italy are naming the first six players to their preliminary rosters today.
